• Track orders through various status levels, such as "Received", "In Process", "Problem" and "Shipped"
• Automatically send out canned email messages to the customer with each change of status
• Automatically process credit card payment with the click of a button (Integrated with SecurePay gateway only)
• Manipulate order details (override costs, add/delete products to/from an order, etc.)
